摘要: 用X射线实时荧屏分析系统对人工加速老化的改性双基推进剂的燃烧性能进行试验研究,结果表明,人工加速老化对双基推进剂的燃速影响不大,但对推进剂的装药结构性能有较大影响。试验发现在70°C的老化温度下24天后,推进剂的结构破坏导致异常燃烧现象明显,辅助试验表明,60°C90天可以认为是该种推进剂的安全界限

Abstract: RTR system was used to investigate the combustion property of accelerated aging CMDB solid propellant.The results indicate that aging process has no significant effects on burning rate,but can cause configuration damage.Experiments show that when aging temperature is over 70 °C and duration is over 24 days,abnormal combustion is obvious.Other additional experiments show that the agingtemperature of 60 °C and the duration of 90 days could be considered as failure criteria of such CMDB solid propellant
