摘要: 介绍了一种宇航用的利用产生燃气做功并通过提升机构完成提升动作的微型燃气发生器的设计。建立了描述燃气发生器内部流场的数学物理方程。通过数值方法模拟了燃气发生器内部的燃烧和流动以及提升机构的运动过程。由模拟结果及理论分析来指导药柱的设计, 使得燃气发生器能满足高性能和高可靠性的要求

Abstract: The design of a kind of miniature gas generator for man made vehicle was introduced.The generator generates gas acting and lift something through the lifting device.A mathematical and physical model was built,which described the internal flow field of the gas generator.The processes of the combustion and flow and the movement of the lifting device were simulated by numerical method.The results of the simulation and theoretical analysis were used to guide the design of the grain,which made the gas generator to satisfy the requirement of good performance and high reliability.
