摘要: 利用先进的双钨铼微热电偶技术, 研究了GAP/AN 推进剂的燃烧波温度分布。GAP/AN推进剂的燃烧波可以分为凝聚相反应区、暗区、气相反应区。硝酸酯BG及高氯酸铵对GAP/AN 推进剂的燃烧波结构有显著的影响,硝酸酯BG导致推进剂的燃速降低,压强指数升高;高氯酸铵的影响恰好相反。凝聚相反应的温度梯度及暗区厚度是影响推进剂燃速及压强指数的主要因素。

Abstract: Combustion wave temperature distribution of GAP/AN propellant was studied by means of advanced double W Re microthermocouple technique.The combustion wave is divided into three zones including condensed reaction zone,dark zone and gas reaction zone.Nitrate ester BG and AP have a strong effect on the morphology of the combustion wave of GAP/AN propellant.GAP/AN propellant has a high burning rate pressure exponent containing nitrate ester BG,the burning rate increased and the pressure exponent decreased drastically with 30% AP.The temperature gradient of the condensed reaction and the thickness of dark zone are the determining factors of the burning rate characteristics of GAP/AN propellant.
