摘要: 为了解释某涡喷发动机供油调节系统限流器中出现的气穴现象,消除气穴现象对发动机启动加速过程的影响,分析了气穴现象产生的机理及其发生条件,通过与试验数据的对比研究,说明了气穴现象对发动机启动加速过程的影响,在此基础上,提出了消除气穴的具体方法,试验结果表明,所提出的措施实用有效。

Abstract: In order to explain the cavitation appearing in fuel limitor of adjusting system of some turbojet and remove the affect of the cavitation on the start moving and acceleration process, the mechanism and occurrence condition was analyzed By comparing with the actual trial run data, the affection of the cavitation cause in start moving and acceleration process was clarified On this basis, the corresponding countermove was proposed, which was practical and in force being verified by assembly experiments
