喘振载荷作用下转子系统瞬态响应研究

摘要: 通过对发动机喘振载荷的空间域和时域分布的分析 ,提出非对称旋转失速团可产生的径向激振力 ,使转子系统发生横向振动。发展了利用压力脉动数据判定横向旋转气动载荷的处理方法 ,对燃气涡轮发动机在喘振载荷作用下转子系统的瞬态响应进行了计算分析。计算结果表明 ,在由喘振引起的气动载荷作用下转子系统会产生强迫振动和自由衰减振动相交替的低频周期振动

Abstract: Based on the analysis of distributions of the surge force loaded on the rotor in time and space domain,an opinion that the existence of unbalance of pressure along the circulation brings the force on the rotor in the radial direction and results in the radial vibration of the rotor system was introduced A data processing method of determining the radial rotary aerodynamic loading using the test data of pressure fluctuation was improved An analysis software for computing the dynamical character of complex rotor system was developed based on the FEM method,and the transient response of rotor system caused by surge load was investigated The investigation shows that the aerodynamic loading caused by surge will result in the low frequency vibration of alternate forced vibration and free clamped vibration in the rotor system
