沙丘驻涡蒸发式稳定器低压性能的试验研究

摘要: 为了探讨沙丘驻涡蒸发式稳定器低压性能降低的原因 ,寻求改善措施 ,对稳定器常压下的流阻特性及低压下的点火及火焰稳定特性进行了试验研究 ,试验中改变了稳定器的开孔规律 ,低压试验的进气压力分别为0 0 8MPa ,0 0 6MPa及 0 0 5MPa。试验发现 :原型稳定器从主流引入稳定器内的气流破坏了常规沙丘驻涡稳定器特殊型面形成的理想流场 ,恶化了从蒸发盘出口的两相混气的二次雾化、蒸发及掺混 ,使稳定器低压性能降低 ,改型后其点火及火焰稳定性能明显提高 ,总体性能超过V型蒸发式稳定器

Abstract: In order to understand why the performance of vapor barchane dune vortex flame holder at low pressure becomes worse and to improve its performance, an experimental investigation on ignition and flame stability limits of flame holder has been performed. The pressure values chosen in the experiment are 0 08 MPa, 0 06 MPa and 0 05 MPa. It is found that the normal flow field formed by the special shape of the barchane dune vortex flame holder is destroyed by the jets from the holes of the old type vapor barchane dune vortex flame holder at the vapor tube. Because of this, the vaporization process of liquid fuel and mixing process between the fuel vapor and air are damaged. These worsen the performance of flame holder. Based on these results, some measures have been taken for the structure of flame holder and its performance is improved greatly, which, to some extent, is better than that of vapor V gutter flame holder.
