摘要： 提出了有效的加速寿命试验对加速系数的要求 ,讨论了加速系数的性质与用途 ,并给出了常见的失效分布族。

Abstract: For accelerated factor(AF),the demand of the effective accelerated life testing(ALT)were presented.The properties and uses of accelerated factor were discussed.And the common failure distribulions were given.
