摘要: 以弹用小型涡喷发动机为研究对象 ,在充分考虑了发动机数字控制系统设计过程中的实时仿真、数控台架试车、数控系统成型装备飞机与导弹等实际情况的基础上 ,采用PC/ 10 4为数控系统控制器 ,以计算机模型替代真实发动机 ,设计了发动机数控含实物实时仿真系统。具体介绍了系统硬件设计 ;自适应预测控制器设计及其试验研究等。仿真结果表明 :系统能实时地反映在控制系统作用下发动机的运行情况 ,为发动机全权限数字电子控制(FADEC)系统研究提供了良好的试验手段。

Abstract: Real time simulation with real objects is an important step inaeroengine FADEC system research. In consideration of the relationship between turbojet control system simulation, test and future application in aircraft,a missile turbojet digital control real time simulation system with realobjects based on PC/104 was built.The system outline? hardware layout and adaptive predictive control method were discussed in detail. The result ofsimulation test shows that the system not only can control engine completely,but also provides a convenient means for FADEC system reserch.
