H2引燃雾化煤油超燃混合的数值研究

Numerical investigation on mixing of atomized kerosene in supersonic flow with H2 pilot flame

摘要: 为研究H2 引燃的煤油超燃混合问题 ,采用流体模型描述两相流动 ,气相反应系统的全N S方程风迎风TVD格式求解 ,液相扩散的Euler方程用NND格式求解 ,化学反应源项采用点隐处理 ,对单喷嘴喷H2 超声速燃烧、H2 引燃的煤油超燃混合问题进行了数值研究。获得了压力、密度、温度和组元浓度场的分布。结果表明 :与单喷嘴喷H2 相比 ,下游喷嘴H2 的射流穿透深度和扩散范围增大 ,燃烧区也变大 ;虽然煤油穿透深度大 ,但其扩散较H2 差 ,且下游出现无煤油区。

Abstract: The mixing of atomized kerosene injected into a supersonic flow with hydrogen pilot flame was investigated numericalyy.Two phase flow.Upwind TVD scheme was use to solve the full Navier Stokes equations for multi species reactive system.Eulerian equations for liquid phase were solved by NND scheme.A point implicit approach was used to deal with the source term produced by gas phase chemical reactions.The phase interaction ODE equations were solved by second order Runge Kutta approach.The distributions of pressure,species density,temperature,and nominal density of kerosene were obtained.The results show that hydrogen injected from the injector downstream has a better penetration and enlarges the combustion region.The penetration of kerosene is much higher than that of hydrogen.But kerosene is less spread,and there exists a droplet free region downstream the injector.
