喷嘴雾化特性模糊评判模型

Atomizing property of spray nozzle based on fuzzy mathematics theory

摘要: 利用模糊综合评判法构造喷嘴雾化模糊关系矩阵 ,建立了描述喷嘴雾化特性的模糊数学模型。利用该模型分别对不同工况下的空气雾化喷嘴、离心式喷嘴雾化特性进行了理论计算 ,通过聚类 ,对 5种实验工况进行了分类 ,计算的分类情况与实验结果基本一致 ,对空气雾化喷嘴、离心式喷嘴不同实验工况的雾化效果进行了正确的评判。

Abstract: Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy relationship matrix of spray nozzle atomization was constructed and a fuzzy model was established for the spray nozzle atomizing property. According to this model, computations for the air blast nozzle and centrifugal nozzle were performed under different operating conditions. Five kinds of different experiments were classified by clustering. The acceptable agreement between computation results and the experimental data shows that the fuzzy model for spray nozzle is successful in evaluating the effect of the atomization of the two kinds of nozzles.
