高能量密度燃料HDF-1与金属材料的相容性

摘要: 研究了高能量密度燃料HDF 1在贮存使用过程中与可能接触到的金属材料的相互影响。通过升温加速的实验方法 ,考察了燃料对金属表面的影响以及金属材料对燃料氧化的影响。结果表明 ,HDF 1对钛、铝金属表面无影响 ,对铜表面的影响小于 3 #航空煤油 (RP 3 ) ;铝、钛、铝镍合金对燃料体系无影响 ,而铜、铁对燃料氧化具有明显的催化作用 ,进一步研究表明 ,铁具有更强的作用效果。通过对照实验发现HDF 1与金属材料的相容性优于RP 3。

Abstract: The infection between high energy density fuel (HDF l) and metal in contact was studied together when they were in storage. By rising the temperature, the infection on the metal structural member on aerocraft by HDF 1 and the infection on the fuel oxidation by metal material were measured separately. No infection on Ti and Al was given by HDF 1 and lighter infection on Cu than 3 # aviation kerosene(RP 3); Al,Ti and Al Ni alloy had no infection on HDF 1, but HDF l was oxidated by Cu and Fe. Then, the action of Cu and Fe were studied detailed, Fe was higher efficiency than Cu in the catalysic process. For metal, HDF 1 has better compability than that of RP 3.
