纵向波纹隔热屏通道的换热特性

摘要: 通过改变进气流量、气流背压 ,实验研究了航空发动机加力燃烧室筒体纵向波纹板隔热屏通道结构对换热特性的影响。对无孔、每波两排孔和每波六排孔三种结构的实验结果表明 ,波纹板的换热效果远高于平板型 ,随着波纹板上的孔排数增加 ,换热效果增大 ;波形对波纹板的壁温和Nu数影响很大 ,密流比对Nu数的影响与波孔排数有关。得到的纵向波纹通道的平均换热经验公式 ,可用于指导加力燃烧室隔热屏的设计

Abstract: To discuss heat transfer characteristics of heat shield of aeroengine afterburner,three types of longitudinal ripple tunnels were investigated The different structure of longitudinal ripple tunnels had influence on heat transfer characteristics through changing fluid rates of inlet and background press and so on Finally,experiential formulae of heat transfer of longitudinal ripple runnels were obtained and this conclusion may be used for the design of heat shield of aeroengine afterburner
