摘要: 三组元喷嘴内混式外喷嘴与内喷嘴组合形成内混腔 ,气氢和煤油在此混合形成两相流。通过对大量模型喷嘴进行实验 ,详细研究了混合腔的结构参数对于喷射进入其内的气体和液体流量特性的影响规律 ,以及气体、液体流量特性之间的互相影响规律。实验结果表明 :气体和液体流量特性互相影响强烈 ,多数结构参数对于气体和液体的喷入流量系数影响不明显

Abstract: Internal mixing outer atomizer and pressure swirl inner atomizer were combined forming the mixing cavity, where gaseous hydrogen and liquid kerosene mix into two phase flow Great deal of experiments was made on model injectors, the interaction of discharge characteristic of gas and liquid and the effects of dimensions’ variety of cavity on the characteristics were studied Experiments show that gas and liquid interact obviously, while most varied dimensions of cavity do not affect obviously the discharge coefficients of import pass ways
