溅板型层板喷注单元流量及雾化特性实验研究

摘要: 为了对液体火箭发动机新型喷注器进行研究,设计了一种结构、多组不同设计尺寸的溅板型层板喷注单元,以水为介质,利用Malvern激光粒度分析仪对溅板型层板喷注单元雾化特性进行了实验研究。分析了该种结构的不同特征长度、特征角度对喷注单元流量系数及雾化特性的影响,为该型溅板型层板喷注单元结构设计提供依据。

Abstract: To study a new model injector of liquid propellant rocket engine, spatter platelet injector in many different design sizes and structures was designed. A detailed experimental investigation of the atomizing characteristics of spatter platelet injector unit by the use of a Malvern particle size analyzer was presented. In the experiment, the media is the mixture of water . The influences of the structure of three design size on the injector and on the atomizing characteristics were analyzed.The experiment provided a base for the structure design of the spatter platelet injector.
