预旋进气的盘腔系统内流场的数值研究

Numerical investigation on preswirl flow in rotating disc system

摘要: 用CFD软件(FLUENT6.0.12)对预旋进气的盘腔进行了数值模拟,计算中采用了多种湍流模型,包括Spalart-Allmaras单方程、K-epsilon和K-omega多种双方程模型,结果表明Spalart-Allmaras模型与结果符合得较好;通过计算研究了流场结构,流场主要由两个参数旋转比β_p和湍流参数λ_T控制,λ_T主要决定源区的大小,计算结果验证了自由涡流的存在,并且盘腔压力分布的计算值与理论曲线符合得很好。

Abstract: The flow in preswirl rotor-stator system was analyzed and simulated using a CFD code (FLUENT6.0.12) . Different turbulence modeb were adopted in computation including Turbulence Spalart-Allmaras,K-epsilon,and K-omega. Among these, Spal-art-Allmaras model standed out as a better solution. The flow structure was mainly controlled by two parameters swirl ratioβp and turbulence parameterλT , by which the range of source region was determined. The results demonstrate the existence of free vortex. The distributions of pressure by computing agree well to the theory.
