压气机转子的表面造型及等温精密成形工艺

摘要: 采用NURBS方法生成了转子叶片的表面模型,并对其进行了延伸和裁剪,将叶片模型和转子的二次表面模型组合,得到转子锻件和模具镶块的表面模型。以此为基础设计了一套组合式模具,模具的凹模由23块镶块组合而成。最后采用等温锻造的方法成形转子锻件,模具和坯料的加热温度均为430℃。经检测,转子锻件的尺寸精度及组织性能均符合设计要求。

Abstract: By use of NURBS method, the surface model of the rotor’s vane is proposed. During this process, the extending and the trimming of the vane surface are studied. Combined models of the vane and the quadric surfaces of the rotor, the surface models of the rotor’s forging and its die section are obtained. Based on the model, a set of die is designed, and the female die is assembled with 23 die sections. At last, the rotor is formed by isothermal precision forge while the heated temperature for both the die and the billet are 430℃, and its dimension precision, microstructure and ability all accord with the design requirement.
