Abstract: The problems of organization and performance of accelerated reliability growth test (ARGT) are discussed, which include selection of the accelerated stress, determination of the number and the value of accelerated stress levels, determination of the sample size, determination of interval length of grouped data, determination of termination time of test, selection of reliability growth model, synthetic use of graphical analysis and numerical analysis, etc.
