混杂纤维复合材料壳体承外载试验

摘要: 为了解决固体发动机承外载荷能力和质量系数的矛盾, 用F12纤维、S 2玻璃纤维及二者的混杂纤维缠绕成三种壳体试件, 对壳体试件分别进行了扭矩试验和轴压试验。通过试验获得了三种壳体试件的扭矩和轴压破坏形貌和破坏载荷, 并测得了相应质量。结果表明, 混杂纤维缠绕壳体能有效地使发动机承外载荷能力和质量系数得到协调。

Abstract: To solve the contradiction between capability of bearing outer loading and mass coefficient in solid rocket motor, three kinds of cases were made differently with F12 fiber/4304 epoxy ,S-2 glass fiber/4304 epoxy, and their interweave fibers /4304 epoxy .By the torsion and axial compression experiments, the shearing and axial compression properties of the three kinds of cases were obtained, and their weight was measured at the same time. The results indicate that by using interweave fibers composite case , capability of bearing outer loading and request of mass coefficient can be met in solid rocket motors at one time.
