涡喷发动机涡轮改型匹配的数值仿真

摘要: 改型后的涡轮在匹配上与发动机其余部件存在流量偏小和功率偏大的偏差, 解决方案是改变涡轮导流叶片的安装角和调节涡轮出口的背压, 采用将涡轮全三维仿真与发动机总体零维仿真相结合的设计方案, 对某单轴涡喷发动机的涡轮特性改进对发动机总体性能的影响进行了研究, 其结果可作为初步意见供以后部件改型设计参考。

Abstract: The turbine remodeled has lower material flux and higher power at design point than its antetype and is in trouble of matching with other components. The stagger angle of guide vane and back pressure should be changed. The hybrid model which combines three-dimensional simulation in turbine and zero-dimensional simulation in the other engine component is developed, and the matching of turbine remodeled with other engine component is studied. The simulation result as a preparatory conclusion, which reflects the effect of component performance changing on engine capability, could be referenced by engineering designer.
