固冲补燃室内流场冷流模拟及显示

摘要: 为了获得对固冲补燃室内混合的认识,以气体为介质进行了补燃室内流场的模拟,通过在气流中播入粒子,利用激光片光成像获取了补燃室内的混合图像。对获取的不稳定的连续图像进行处理,获得了可用的稳态混合图像。另外,对其进行伪彩色处理获得了令人满意的结果,与测温法获得的数据进行了比较,结果表明,处理结果是可靠的,这种冷流模拟显示的方法可以用于固冲补燃室内的混合研究。

Abstract: To obtain the knowledge of mixing in secondary combustor of ducted rocket,cold flow simulation of secondary combustor using gas was carried out.In this experiment particles were seeded in "fuel" flow and then mixing images were obtained by illuminating the cross-sectional planes of interest with a laser sheet.Continuous unsteady images were processed in order to gain available steady image.In addition pseudo color was used to get satisfied results.Results obtained from processed image were compared with data obtained from temperature measurement method.It indicates processed results are credible and this method can be used to investigate mixing in secondary combustor.
