导叶厚度变化对压气机级的性能影响

Influence of thickness variation of inlet vane profiles on an axial-flow compressor’s stage performance

摘要: 针对某型压气机改型过程中导叶厚度的变化,用数值分析的方法研究了导叶厚度变化对压气机级的性能影响。原型机已有的级特性实验数据与数值预测结果对比分析表明,程序能很好地预测出原型机级的总性能,并以此为基础分析了导叶厚度变化对压气机级性能的影响。研究结果表明:导叶变薄使得压气机级的效率保持不变,压比略有提高,对提高级的稳定性是有利的。通过对基元性能进一步对比分析解释了导叶厚度变化改善压气机级性能的原因。

Abstract: Numerical analysis was chosen to investigate the thickness variation of inlet vane profiles on an axial-flow compressor’s stage performance.First,calculated results were compared with available experimental data and good agreements are achieved between predicted and experimental values for stage’s performance of the original compressor.Then,the influence of thickness variation of inlet vane profiles on compressor performance was analyzed.It indicates that the thinner vane profiles are favorable to improving the compressor’s stage performance.Furthermore,detailed analysis of flow field in the stage explains the reason that stage performance is improved.
