涡扇发动机部件特性自适应模拟

摘要: 发展了一种预测发动机部件特性的自适应模型方法,该方法以通用特性为基础,运用单纯型优化方法,以发动机主要性能参数和过程参数偏差函数最小为优化目标,以部件特性耦合因子为被优参数,预测出不同飞行条件下的涡扇发动机的风扇、压气机、燃烧室、高、低压涡轮等部件特性。运用该模型对某涡扇发动机性能的计算结果表明,发动机主要性能参数和过程参数的计算偏差均在0.5%之内,对发动机各截面总温、总压计算偏差均在1%之内。预测出的部件特性已成功用于发动机故障诊断方程的建立。

Abstract: A method is presented allowing the adaptive simulation of turbofan engine component performance adapting to engine particularities.The method can provide accurate simulation for component maps using nonlinear SIMPLEX optimization with primary performance particularities’ function as objective function.The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by application to a certain tubofan engine.Investigations show that the calculation errors of primary performance particularities and each engine section’s total pressure and temperature are less than 0.5% and 1.0 % respectively.The component maps educed by this adaptive simulation can be used for fault monitoring purposes.
