涵道螺旋桨动力装置最优设计新方法的研究

摘要: 为了探索涵道螺旋桨动力装置工程设计新方法,在自由螺旋桨设计的基础上,根据Theodorsen的片条理论,涵道后缘的库塔条件以及边界页微元涡丝的诱导方程,构筑涵道螺旋桨叶片涡强度分布的计算模型,然后用该模型代替Prandtl的动量损失函数及环量函数,使自由螺旋桨的最小能量损失的设计方法推广到涵道螺旋桨基于Betz条件的最优设计。再根据给定的设计要求,即可计算出经过最优设计的涵道螺旋桨的基本尺寸以及涵道的基本尺寸。经过研究证明,在新方法中的涡强度分布计算模型在理论上是正确的,设计模型的风洞实验与理论计算数据基本吻合,证明了该设计方法的可行性。

Abstract: To explore a new design method for ducted fan based on free propeller design method,a numerical model calculating the vortices of propellers was built.This model is based on the classical slip theory of Theodorsen,Kutta conditions,vortices induced equations.Instead of the Prandtl momentum loss factor,this vortices model was applied in an optimum propeller design.The method of minimum energy loss for the free propeller was extended to the ducted fan.Finally,following the basic design requirement of ducted fan,all of the geometry parameters of the propellers and the duct can be obtained by this method.After calculated,the model developed from this optimum design method is validated.
