专用多层钢板隔振器实验研究

摘要: 以前期研究成果为基础,结合航空发动机管路系统隔振的具体需求,对多层钢板隔振器的结构形式及基本性能进行了深入的研究,并研究了影响多层钢板隔振器性能的主要影响因素。实验结果表明,多层钢板隔振器具有良好的迟滞阻尼性能,隔振器的刚度和能耗系数都随形变的变化而呈非线性变化;隔振器的性能受预压缩量和钢板层数等参数的影响。研究结果为多层钢板隔振器在航空发动机管路支承中的应用提供了实验依据。

Abstract: Based on the previous research achievements and the concrete needs of vibration isolation of aeroengine pipe system,the manufacturing methods,the basic performance of multi-layer steel plate isolator,and the main factors influencing on the performance of the multi-layer steel plate isolator were studied.The experimental results show that multi-layer steel plate isolator has good hysteretic damping performances and the relation between the rigidity and the energy dissipation coefficient is non linear.Furthermore,the isolator performance is influenced by the pre-compression and the number of steel plate layers of isolator.The results provide experimental base of multi-layer steel plate isolator application in aeroengine pipe support.
