富油/快速淬熄/贫油驻涡燃烧室低NO_x排放

Low NO_x emission of rich-burn,quick-mix,lean-burn trapped vortex combustor

摘要: 对一种新型的燃烧室进行了实验研究,此燃烧室结合了驻涡燃烧室和RQL燃烧技术,具有相当低的NOx,C0排放。实验利用Testo360燃气测量仪对驻涡燃烧室出口截面的温度、氮氧化物、一氧化碳排放进行了研究,主要目的是考察在驻涡燃烧室实现RQL分级燃烧时,不同的富油区(凹腔)余气系数、主流进气方式、凹腔后体吹气速度对降低污染排放的影响。燃料为液化石油气。研究结果表明,RQL驻涡燃烧室有降低氮氧化物的能力,相对于传统的空气分级,多孔板燃烧方案,保持很低的CO排放的同时,能够降低NOx排放量50%。

Abstract: This paper used an alternative combustion approach to achieve low NO_x,CO emissions.This approach combines the potential advantages of a staged rich-burn,quick-mix,lean-burn(RQL) combustor with the revolutionary Trapped Vortex Combustor(TVC) concept.A Testo360 gas analyzer was used to study both the combustor’s exit temperature and NO_x,CO emissions.The experimental results conducted at different excess air ratio of rich-zone,main air flow and afterbody injection velocity.The fuel used was liquefied petroleum gas.The experimental results demonstrated that NO_x emissions for RQL trapped vortex combustor was NO_x emissions reduced by 50% when CO emissions maintain the same low level compared with conventional axially-staged RQL and perforated plates combustor.
