装药几何参数不确定性优化设计

摘要: 介绍了不确定性优化设计思想和方法,考虑药柱变形带来的装药几何参数不确定性,开展大长细比固体助推火箭发动机翼柱型装药几何参数不确定性优化设计研究。采用Powell方法和并行遗传算法组成的混合优化方法提高了优化问题求解的效率和质量,采用泰勒级数一阶展开近似计算性能参数的均值和标准差,通过可靠性指数计算约束条件成功的概率。与确定性优化设计结果相比,不确定性优化设计结果更可靠、更稳健。

Abstract: The ideas and methods about uncertainty optimization design have been introduced and the uncertainty of the charge geometry parameter due to charge deformation has been taken into account in the process of the charge design.The geometry parameter uncertainty optimization design of finocyl charge for high length to diameter ratio solid booster rocket engine has been accomplished.The optimization problem is solved by hybrid optimization method composed of Powell optimization method and genetic algorithms.The solution efficiency of the optimization problem can been improved by the distributed parallel performance of the genetic algorithms.The mean value and standard deviation of the performance parameter are approximately calculated by first order Taylor series.The probability of constraints success is calculated with reliability index.Compared with deterministic optimization design method,the more reliable and more robust optimization charge design for solid rocket engine has been gained by uncertainty optimization design method.
