摘要: 为了研究某型弹用冲压发动机燃油控制系统在巡航段仿真试验中的供油振荡现象,利用AMES im综合性仿真平台建立了整个燃油控制系统的模型,并进行了数值仿真。仿真结果表明:在主阀阻尼特性给定的情况下,通过匹配脉宽调制电磁阀和控制腔前液压节流孔的流量特性,并同时调整PID调节器参数,就能够有效抑制仿真试验中巡航段的供油振荡。结论可以满足工程分析需要。

Abstract: To investigate the phenomen about fuel-supplied oscillation of ramjet cruising stage in simulation experiment,fuel control system was fully modeled with AMESim and numerical simulation was carried out.The results show that fuel-supplied oscillation can be effectively avoided by matching flow characteristics of PWM electromagnetic valve with hydraulic orifice in front of control chamber and adjusting PID parameters when main valve damp ratio is given.Engineering analysis can be satisfied with this conclusion.
