NEPE类推进剂的寿命预估

摘要: 用动态热机械分析仪测定了高能交联复合推进剂NP-1在55℃,65℃,75℃和85℃下老化不同时间的动态力学性能。以损耗角正切tanδ的α松弛峰极值和主曲线垂直位移因子的变化率分别定义了老化速率,把该速率曲线的拐点作为寿命临界点,从Berthelot方程外推获得了常温25℃下NP-1推进剂的老化寿命。同时,由主曲线的水平位移因子获得的活化能作为老化寿命的变化率,通过“点斜法”外推也获得了老化寿命。

Abstract: The dynamic mechanical properties of a high energy cross-linked composite propellant NP-1 aged for various times under 55℃,65℃,75℃ and 85℃ were measured by dynamic mechanical analysis.The aging rate was defined with the change of the α peak maximums and the master curves vertical shift factors of mechanical loss tan δ respectively.The inflexion point on the curve of aging rate was determined as the life critical point.The service life of NP-1 at normal temperature 25℃ was extrapolated by Berthelot equation.At the same time,the change ratio of aging life was defined with the activation energy which was obtained from horizontal shift factors of master curves.The life span was also obtained by the "point-slope method".
