高超声速飞行器单壁膨胀喷管的自动优化设计

摘要: 为了提升高超声速飞行器单壁膨胀喷管的升力和推力,对其进行了优化设计。介绍了超声速流场的分区推进求解技术、流动的时间迭代和超声速流动的空间推进求解方法。对高超声速飞行器的单壁膨胀喷管进行了参数化描述。实现了喷管二维网格的自动生成。借助成熟的单目标和多目标优化软件,对喷管的推力和升力进行了优化。优化后的喷管在推力和升力方面有了大的提高。所采用的超声速流场分区推进求解和空间推进求解技术使得优化过程在单个CPU上能快速完成。

Abstract: The SERN of a hypersonic vehicle was designed for improving the lift and propulsion force.The region marching method for supersonic flow and the time iteration method for N-S equations and space marching method for PNS equations were introduced.The 2D nozzle grid was generated automatically based on the geometry parameters of SERN.Nozzle propulsion and lift characters were optimized using mature single object and multi-objects optimization software.After the optimization,the propulsion and lift force of the nozzle has a great improvement.The whole optimization procedure can carry out in a single CPU cell using the region marching method.
