摘要: 介绍了一种新型微小推力测量装置的工作原理和工作过程,推力测量范围0~200 mN,装置测量精度±1%。针对N2和N2O冷气发动机,模拟空间工作环境进行了地面试验,对发动机工作推力、推进剂流量、压强、真空度等参数进行了测量,给出推力测试结果与理论计算数据的对比。试验证明,推力测量装置工作稳定、可靠,可以精确测量出发动机mN级微小推力。

Abstract: The operating principle and process of a new type of microthrust measurement stand were presented.The measuring range of the thrust stand is 0~200 mN with ±1% measuring precision.Cold N2 and N2O thruster was employed to ground experiment in vacuum to simulate the working environment.The operating parameters which include thrust,mass flow rate of propellant,pressure and vacuity were tested.Test data was also compared with theoretical prediction and results show that the thrust stand is steady and reliable.The thrust stand can measure mN grade thrust accurately.
