含硼富燃料推进剂点火特性

摘要: 采用CO2激光点火装置研究了常压及亚大气压强下点火能量、组分含量变化等对含硼富燃料推进剂点火延迟时间的影响。结果表明,在所研究压强范围内,提高压强有利于含硼富燃料推进剂的点火;含硼富燃料推进剂中添加铝粉不利于含硼富燃料推进剂的点火性能改善;随高氯酸铵含量增加,含硼富燃料推进剂的点火延迟时间略有降低。

Abstract: The ignition characteristics of boron-based fuel-rich propellants were studied by the CO2 laser ignition facility at atmospheric pressure and subatmospheric pressure,and the effects of the ignition energy and the content of components on the ignition delay time were also studied.The results showed that increasing pressure improves the ignition performance of boron-based fuel-rich propellants.Decreasing the content of aluminum powder or increasing the content of ammonium perchlorate can also improve the ignition performance of the propellants.
