涡激励突片射流冲击冷却的数值研究和试验验证

摘要: 运用数值计算方法研究带涡激励突片的单排圆形射流冲击冷却特性,同时对数值计算结果进行试验验证。研究表明,与无突片的圆形射流以及不倾斜的突片相比,三角形突片相对于主流倾斜45°和135°能较好地改善冲击区的换热。由于流向涡的存在,有突片射流的流向速度等值线呈现瓣状分布,且随着流向距离的加大逐渐扩散,直至消失。计算与实验结果吻合。

Abstract: The jet impingement characteristics of a circular jet with vortex-generating tabs were investigated by three-dimensional numerical computation.The tabs,which are triangular in shape,are tilted into the jet at either 45° or 135°.The tilted tabs can better improve the convective heat transfer of impingement region compared with the non-tilted tabs.As a result of the pair of streamwise vortices,the streamwise velocity contours of the jet with tabs take on lobed distribution,which gradually spreads with the increase of the streamwise distance and disappears at last.The calculation results are close to the experimental data.
