摘要: 以研究自力式调压阀性能为目的,利用动态网格方法对阀门内流场进行数值模拟。通过对不同入口流量和弹性系数的多个算例分析得到:稳定压力和入口流量呈直线关系;稳定压力、阀门开度和弹性系数呈二次曲线关系。调压阀在入口质量流量变化时,阀门可以很快稳定,实现对压力和流量进行的调节。

Abstract: In order to analyze the work performance of pressure-regulating valve,numerical calculation of the internal flow field was carried out by means of dynamic mesh.Some cases of different inlet mass flow rate or stiffness coefficient were analyzed and it came to the conclusion that the relationship between inlet pressure and mass flow rate was linear and the relationship between inlet pressure or opening of valve and stiffness coefficient was conic.With variational inlet mass flow rate,the valve can be stable and regulate the pressure and mass flow rate.
