镁/硝酸钠富燃料推进剂燃烧性能

摘要: 研究了压强、镁粉含量、固体组分粒度以及氟化物等因素对镁/硝酸钠富燃料推进剂的燃速影响。研究结果表明,镁/硝酸钠富燃料推进剂的燃速随着压强增大而增大,压强增大到一定程度后,燃速下降;燃速随着镁粉粒度的减小而增加;增大硝酸钠颗粒度,燃速降低,燃烧波动性增加;当镁粉含量达到70%时,推进剂的燃速出现最大值。添加氟化物的推进剂燃速值有所降低,随压强变化燃烧规律也发生了改变。

Abstract: Combustion of Mg/NaNO3 fuel-rich propellants had been studied under different experimental conditions.The experimental results showed that the burning rate of the Mg/NaNO3 propellant firstly increases,and then decreases with increasing the pressure.When the content of magnesium powder is about 70% in the propellant,the burning rate of the propellant reaches a maximum.The burning rate of the propellant increases with decreasing particle size of magnesium powders and sodium nitrate.After adding fluoride to the propellant,the burning rate decreases,and the combustion characteristics changes.
