高温老化过程中推进剂模量变化对药柱结构完整性的影响

摘要: 将NEPE推进剂在65℃,70℃,75℃下分别老化不同时间后,用动态力学分析仪测定其动态力学性能。利用测试得到的推进剂动态力学特性参数,经计算得出推进剂的平衡模量。随着老化时间增加,其平衡模量值逐渐降低。利用有限元方法,分析在老化过程中推进剂平衡模量的变化对药柱结构完整性的影响,即在高温老化过程中,当NEPE推进剂的平衡模量降低至某一值时,固体火箭发动机药柱的结构完整性破坏。

Abstract: The NEPE propellants were accelerated aging at 65 ℃,70 ℃ and 75 ℃ respectively.Dynamic mechanical properties of NEPE were determined with dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).Through the dynamic and static conversion,the relaxed modulus was calculated and its value decreased during aging.With finite element analysis,the structural integrity calculation of the propellants was simulated.The effects of modulus changes on the structure integrity were analyzed.When the relaxed modulus of NEPE propellants during aging decreased to a certain value,the structure integrity of grain would fail.
