大子午扩张涡轮过渡段的子午型线

摘要: 在低压涡轮导叶设计中采用三种不同前掠叶型,与原子午型线匹配具有不同分离程度,提出两种子午型线设计方法,采用N-S方程全三维CFD软件对每种方法的多个方案与各种叶型匹配情况下进行数值模拟;研究了大子午扩张涡轮过渡段在不同分离情况下的子午型线优化设计特点。结果表明,通过优化子午型线能够明显提高气动性能,并针对不同分离程度,其提高的限度不同,其子午型线设计的特点也有所不同。

Abstract: Two design methods for matched merdional contours of three blades with different levels of separations flow in the passages were proposed.There were several schemes for each method.Numerical simulations by NUMECA,a 3-D N-S solver were carried out,and the design characters of merdional contours of transition section in turbines with large merdional expansion were studied.The results show that the optimum design of merdional contours would lead to improved performance,and that design characters differ from levels of separations inside the passages.
