旋流燃烧室内多组分气体湍流混合的数值模拟

摘要: 为合理地描述旋流条件下组分质量的湍流输运,将考虑湍流-旋流相互作用的新代数质量流通量模型与新代数Reynolds应力模型结合,构成了新代数应力/质量流通量模型。应用该模型对旋流燃烧室内两股不同组分射流的相互作用与湍流混合进行了数值模拟,得到了与实验相符合的气体轴向与切向速度、轴向与切向脉动速度均方根值和氦气浓度分布。模拟结果与k-ε模型的结果进行了对比。

Abstract: For describing turbulent transport in swirling flows,a new algebraic turbulent mass flux model(AFM)accounting for swirl-turbulence interactions is incorporated with the new algebraic Reynolds stress model(ASM).It forms a new algebraic stress/flux model(ASM/AFM).The new ASM/AFM is applied to the simulation of turbulent mixing and interactions of two multi-species jets in a swirl combustor.The calculated distributions of gas axial and tangential velocities,axial and tangential fluctuating velocities,and helium concentration are in agreement with the measured test data.These results are compared with that obtained by the k-ε model.
