带混排涡轮级间燃烧的涡扇发动机循环参数

摘要: 涡轮混排燃烧室ITB(Inter-stage Turbine Burner)作为次燃烧室位于高压涡轮与低压涡轮之间。文章通过建立ITB混排涡扇发动机的设计点热力计算的数学模型,进而分析主要工作过程参数,如风扇压比、压气机压比、高压涡轮进口温度、ITB出口温度(低压涡轮进口温度)的选取范围及原则;并且对带有ITB与普通的混排涡扇发动机在不同的设计马赫数下进行比较分析。文章的结果有利于混排ITB涡扇发动机各个部件的设计参数选取,进而对于混排ITB涡扇发动机的发展、分析、优化提供有利的指导方向。

Abstract: The ITB serves as a secondary combustor and is located between the high-pressure and the low-pressure turbine. The choosing areas and principle of the key cycle parameters were studied,such as the fan pressure ratio,compressor pressure ratio,combustor exit temperature,ITB exit temperature,through building the mathematic and thermodynamic model of a mixed exhaust turbofan engine with ITB. Compared with the turbofan base engine without ITB at various design Mach,the advantage of turbofan with ITB was analyzed. Results of this study can provide guidance in developing,analyzing,and optimizing of mixed exhaust turbofan with ITB.
