BAMO-THF复合推进剂催化燃烧特性分析

摘要: 为调节BAMO-THF复合推进剂的燃速,通过燃速测试、热分析、扫描电镜研究了燃烧催化剂Fe2O3,OME,OMB对其燃烧性能的影响。实验发现Fe2O3,OME,OMB均可提高BAMO-THF复合推进剂燃速,降低燃速压力指数。热分析表明Fe2O3对叠氮粘合剂体系热分解没有催化作用,OME,OMB可显著减低复合推进剂起始热分解温度。熄火燃烧表面扫描电镜分析发现,Fe2O3,OME,OMB改变了推进剂燃烧表面形貌。

Abstract: To modulate the burning rates of composite BAMO-THF propellant,the effects of combustion catalysts Fe2O3,OME,OMB on its combustion performance were studied through burning-rate measurement,thermal analysis,scanning electron microscope. Results showed that all of them can increase the burning rates and decrease the burning-rate pressure exponents. Thermal analyses indicated that catalyst Fe2O 3 does not affect the thermal decomposition of the BAMO-THF binder system. Both of OME and OMB can decrease initial thermal decomposition temperatures of composite BAMO-THF propellants. Through scanning electron microscopy it was found that the quenched surface morphologies of propellants are different from each other.
