涡轴发动机涡轮部件改型气动分析

摘要: 首先对涡轴发动机涡轮部件的变工况特性进行了数值研究,计算结果与实验测量吻合良好。在此基础上,引入拓扑分析手段,对有、无中间承力支板的涡轮内部流场进行了详细分析。结果表明:支板对效率、流量等总体性能参数影响不大。最后对涡轮进行了改型优化,去掉支板,缩小尺寸并由动力涡轮静叶栅作为承力框架。计算表明:通过适当的气动优化,无支板的涡轮气动性能可以进一步提高。

Abstract: Numerical investigation on the turbine performance of a turbo-shaft engine is carried out under various working conditions.It shows that the numerical results agree well with the experimental measured data.To study the effects of the guide vanes,limiting streamline and topology of the internal flow fields are analyzed based on the numerical results.It is found that the overall performance of the turbine including efficiency and flow rate varies little by comparing with that in absence of the guide vanes.Optimization is then conducted finally by replacing the guide vanes with the free power turbine stator blades and optimizing the meridional flow path.The results reveal that,after optimization,the performance is improved with less weight and higher power output.
