摩擦热效应对航空发动机高压转子系统碰摩响应的影响

Friction thermal effect on rubbing response of a high pressure rotor system

摘要: 以航空发动机高压转子为研究对象,采用有限元法建立了考虑摩擦热效应的高压转子热碰摩动力学模型。研究了高压转子的摩擦生热和摩擦热碰摩响应特性,并和未考虑摩擦热效应的碰摩响应进行了对比分析。结果表明,当考虑摩擦热效应时高压转子的最大碰摩力显著增大,碰摩频率也明显增加。高压转子呈现出明显的非线性碰摩特征,同时各结点的最大振幅均比忽略摩擦热效应的最大振幅有不同程度的增大。在实际工程问题中,不应当忽略碰摩热效应对碰摩响应的影响。

Abstract: The thermal rubbing dynamic model with friction thermal effect was established for a high pressure rotor(HPR) of aero-engine.The characteristics of rubbing temperature field and thermal vibration of the HPR were studied by using finite element method(FEM).The calculated results with friction thermal effect were compared with that without friction thermal effect.The results show that the maximal contact forces friction with thermal effect is greater than that without it.The frequency of rubbing between the HPR and casing is increased obviously.Moreover,the maximal vibration amplitude of the HPR is increased when the thermal effect is considered.In practice,it is suggested that the friction thermal effect for study the rubbing response should not be ignored.
