摘要: 应用有限元软件开展了燃烧室外压稳定计算,以壳体表面环向应变为判据,从环向应变-载荷曲线保守估算了燃烧室外压失稳载荷。为了验证有限元计算模型,通过假药配方的调试,研制外压试验用模拟燃烧室,开展全尺寸模拟燃烧室外压试验,得到了燃烧室失稳载荷。通过计算与试验结果的比较分析,为有限元模型的修正提供了基础,采用推进剂的压缩模量进行燃烧室外压稳定性计算更接近实际情况。

Abstract: In order to get the stability behavior of solid rocket motor chamber under lateral pressure,buckling analysis are carried out by finite-element software.Based on hoop strain vs load curve,the buckling load and mode shape of chamber are predicted conservatively by the strain criterion on case surface.Simulated propellant and chamber for test are designed and developed.Then the lateral pressure loading test is performed to validate and modify the computational.
