再生冷却超燃冲压发动机传热计算分析与试验

Thermal Analysis and Experiment Validation of Regenerative Cooling Scramjet

摘要: 为了计算评估再生冷却超燃冲压发动机的传热特性,并确认计算结果可信,结合固壁三维热传导方程、三维燃气流场计算软件平台和燃油物性计算程序,发展了能对再生冷却超燃冲压发动机进行三维热分析的计算程序;将水冷和油冷通道传热试验、再生冷却超燃冲压发动机传热试验和燃油冷却面板传热特性试验的测量值与计算数据进行对比研究,计算结果与测量值符合较好。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the heat transfer characteristics of the regenerative cooling scramjet and validate the credibility of calculational results, three dimensional heat conduction equation, three-dimensional internal computational fluid dynamics (CFD) platform and the computational program of fuel properties were incorporated together to develop a three-dimensional thermal evaluation code which can be used to accomplish three dimensional thermal analysis of the regenerative cooling scramjet. The investigation on the comparison between calculation and measurements was carried out.These experiments involved the water and fuel cooled tests, the heat transfer characteristic tests of regeneratively cooled scramjet and the heat transfer characteristic experiments of the fuel-cooled panels. Good agreements were derived between measurements and calculation.
