扩压叶栅最佳弯叶片生成线与进口马赫数之间的关系 *

摘要: 为了研究扩压叶栅最佳弯叶片生成线与叶栅进口马赫数之间的关系,用优化的方法,在八个不同进口马赫数下对弯叶片生成线(积叠线)的弯角和弯高进行优化,优化的目标函数为叶栅总压损失系数。结果表明:在同一弯角下,弯叶片总压损失系数随弯高的增大而减小,弯高为50%时总压损失系数最小,最佳弯叶片生成线的弯高为50%。在同一弯高下,总压损失系数随弯角增大呈现类似抛物线的形式的变化规律,存在着一个最佳弯角使总压损失系数最小。在不同进口马赫数下,最佳弯角随着进口马赫数的增加而增大,通过三次多项式曲线拟合得到了一个相对准确的最佳弯角与进口马赫数之间的关系。

Abstract: In order to research relationship between optimum curved blade generated line and inlet Mach number in rectangular compressor cascade,the curved height and curved angle of stack line were optimized at eight different inlet Ma. The object function is total pressure loss coefficient(ω). Total pressure loss coefficient decreases with the curved height increasing in this paper conditions at the same curved angle,ω is minimal at 50% curved height,the optimum curved height is 50%. The relationship between total pressure loss coefficient and curved angle presents a similar parabola type at the same curved height. There is an optimum curved angle with the curved angle increasing,at which curved angle is minimal. Optimum curved angle increases with the inlet Ma increasing,the relationship between optimum curved angle and inlet Ma presents a similar cubic polynomial curve form.
