叶尖喷气影响压气机近失速流场特征的数值研究

Numerical Investigation of Impact of Tip Injection on Dynamic Flow Characteristics in an Axial-Flow Compressor Rotor

摘要: 为了探讨叶尖喷气对近失速工况流场特征的影响,以亚声轴流压气机转子为研究对象,对其加入叶尖喷气前后的流场进行了全通道非定常数值模拟。对加入喷气前后的瞬态流场对比分析表明:喷气前近叶尖流场非定常性的出现与叶尖二次涡的形成和运动密切相关,而且任意时刻沿圆周方向每个叶片的载荷呈均匀分布的态势;喷气后整周的流场在任一时刻都被离散喷气流分割为接近相等的5个部分,从而改变了喷气前整周流场载荷分布的格局,抑制了叶尖二次涡的出现。 

Abstract: Full-annulus unsteady simulations were conducted to investigate the effects of tip injection on dynamic flow characteristics in an axial-flow compressor rotor at near-stall conditions. In the case without tip injection, detailed instantaneous flow-field analyses indicate that the flow unsteadiness arises from the formation and movement of tip secondary vortex, and the loading distributes uniformly along circumference. Whereas, in the case with tip injection, the full-annuls flow field is partitioned into five almost same parts, which in turn alters the loading distribution pattern as compared to those without tip injection, thus suppresses the formation of tip secondary vortex.
