固体燃料冲压发动机燃烧效率建模与数值分析

Modeling and Numerical Analysis on Combustion Efficiency of Solid Fuel Ramjet

摘要: 为了获得固体燃料冲压发动机的燃烧效率计算模型,采用理论分析的方法创建了燃烧效率模型,初步推导出燃烧效率的表达式 ,并运用数值模拟的方法进行了深入研究。研究结果表明,所建数值计算模型准确度较高,与试验结果的相对误差均在3%以内,可用数值模拟代替试验验证研究结果的可信度。燃烧室燃烧效率与进气流量、燃烧室压强燃烧室长度成指数关系,同燃料内径以D=2为分界点成分段指数关系。改变工况后运用拟合公式计算所得结果与数值模拟结果契合度较好。 

Abstract: In order to have a calculation model of the combustion efficiency for solid fuel ramjet,the combustion efficiency model was built by theoretical analysis method,initial expression was deduced and numerically researched. Research results show that the numerical calculation model has high accuracy for the relative error within 3% and numerical simulation can be used to validate the credibility of the research. Combustion efficiency has exponential relationship with inlet flow,chamber pressure,and chamber length. The efficiency has specially exponential relationship with chamber diameter for demarcation on D=2. The theoretical and numerical results present better fit after changing the operating mode.Thus the credibility is higher for combustion efficiency model and its fitting formula. 
