转子叶尖端壁失速特性试验研究

摘要: 为了研究转子叶尖端壁的失速特性,对一台单级低速轴流压气机进行了节流特性试验,采用转子叶尖端壁弦向布置动态压力传感器的方法测得了整个节流过程的动态压力信号,并对其进行壁面压力谱分析及均方根压力脉动分析。结果表明:压气机逼近失速的过程中泄漏涡的轨迹及触发点的位置逐渐向转子前缘移动,失速时泄漏涡轨迹从邻近叶片通道的转子前缘溢出;压气机向深度失速逼近的过程中失速团的周向尺度增大,退出失速的过程中周向稳定为两个失速团,其周向尺度逐渐减小但失速团的转动频率保持不变约为30Hz,并在退出失速前3个转子周期两个失速团合并为单个失速团。

Abstract: In order to study the stall characteristics on rotor tip end-wall,the throttling characteristics of a single-stage low-speed axial compressor was experimentally investigated. Dynamic pressure signals were collected during the throttling process by high-response transducers on casing wall at rotor tip chord-wise location. Casing pressure contour and casing pressure RMS contour were conducted to analyze dynamic pressure signals. The results indicate that tip leakage vortex trajectory and starting position move to rotor leading-edge as the compressor runs toward stall,and tip leakage vortex trajectory spillages to leading-edge of the rotor in adjacent blade passage at stall. Stall cell scale in circumference extends as the compressor runs toward deep stall. Two stall cells rotate in circumference as the compressor exits from the stall and their circumferential scale reduces,however,their rotating frequency is about 30Hz and remains almost unchanged. Finally two stall cells merged into one 3 rotor revolutions before exiting stall.
