含导流片及钝体的驻涡燃烧室的结构优化

Structure Optimization of Trapped-Vortex Combustor

摘要: 为了研究含导流片及钝体的驻涡燃烧室的最优结构,通过改变不同的导流片及钝体的尺寸和位置,对燃烧室的燃烧湍流流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:钝体长度以及导流片与进口壁面的距离对燃烧室性能影响较大,其值越大,燃烧效率越高,最高可达到99.99%。在研究范围内,存在相对较优的钝体以及导流片结构,在该结构下,燃烧室的总压损失为6.66%,燃烧效率为99.79%。凹腔内形成稳定的双涡结构,钝体后方形成较好的回流区。

Abstract: In order to study the best structure of trapped-vortex combustor with guide vane and bluff body,numerical simulation of combustion turbulence flow was performed by changing size and location of guide vanes and bluff bodies. The results show that the longer the length of blunt body and the distance between guide vane and imported wall are,the higher combustion efficiency is. The highest combustion efficiency is 99.99%. There is a relatively best structure of the bluff body and guide vane. In this configuration,the total pressure loss is 6.66% and the combustion efficiency is 99.79%. There is stable double-vortexes structure in the cavity and recirculation zone behind the bluff body.
