内燃波转子泄漏及密封问题分析

摘要: 为了说明泄漏对内燃波转子的影响,并探索有效的密封措施,建立了单通道简化内燃波转子模型,利用丙烷为燃料,空气为氧化剂,采用多步详细化学反应机理,数值模拟了泄漏问题对内燃波转子点火及燃烧过程的影响。计算结果表明泄漏的存在严重影响内燃波转子性能,甚至会导致点火失败,当波转子通道端面与定子之间间隙到达0.7mm时,波转子通道内不能形成稳定传播的火焰。冷态密封试验结果表明,采用胀圈密封之后,波转子密封问题得到明显改善,且在进口总压分别为0.01MPa和0.02MPa时,实现了内燃波转子冷态增压效果。

Abstract: In order to reveal the effects of leakage on wave rotor combustor,and explore effective sealing measures,a simplified single channel wave rotor combustor model was established. Propane and air were used as fuel and oxidizer respectively. And a multi-step reaction model was used to numerically study the effects of leakage problem on the ignition and combustion process of wave rotor combustor. The calculated results show that the leakage problem seriously affects the performance of wave rotor combustor,even leads to the ignition failure. When the gap between the channel end face of wave rotor and the stator reaches 0.7mm,the stable flame cannot be formed in the wave rotor channel. The results of cold sealing test indicate that the sealing problems of wave rotor show obvious improvement after using the expansion ring seal. And when the inlet total pressure is 0.01MPa and 0.02MPa respectively,the effect of cold supercharging is achieved.
