小流量温度畸变发生器工作特性试验研究

摘要: 为了研究涡轴发动机温度畸变发生器工作特性,以氢气为燃料、空气为氧化剂,依据V型槽稳焰和传焰原理,设计了小流量温度畸变发生器,建立了小流量温度畸变发生器试验平台,针对两种不同结构温度畸变发生器进行了大量试验,获得了温度畸变发生器的总压恢复系数、总压不均匀度、面平均温升和温度分布不均匀度等工作特性,绘制了温度畸变发生器出口温度畸变图谱。结果表明:温度畸变发生器主要性能参数和出口温度图谱能够满足涡轴发动机进口温度畸变的工作要求。

Abstract: To investigate the operating characteristics of temperature distortion generator for a turboshaft engine, a small flow rate temperature distortion generator with hydrogen/air was designed and produced in accordance with the mechanism of flame holder and propagation by V type groove and the test rig of the temperature distortion generator was installed. ?Many tests were carried out for the two different temperature distortion generators and the operating characteristics of temperature distortion generator were achieved, such as, total pressure recovery coefficients, total pressure unwell-distributed coefficients, temperature rise of surface average, temperature unwell-distributed coefficients. The outlet temperature distortion atlas of temperature distortion generator was drawn. The results indicated that the performance and outlet temperature distortion atlas of temperature distortion generator could meet with the demands of the inlet temperature distortion for a turboshaft engine.
